March 1st through April 12th PRIME SPRING US$1200 per week
April 12th through May 17th SHOULDER SPRING US$900 per week
May 17th through August 9th PRIME SUMMER US$1200 per week
August 9th through November 1st SHOULDER FALL US$900 per week
November 1st through February 28th WINTER MONTHLY US$1200 per month

* Plus applicable taxes and clean up fee
